Lt. Patti has over 27 years of law enforcement experience in southeast Florida. His experience includes being third-in-command of a 145 person police agency, 16+ years as a department commander, 4 years in charge of hiring and interviewing, and 17+ years as a permanent member of the department's Oral Interview Panel where he was the "Hardass" member that interviewed OVER 500 applicants for law enforcement positions.
His training and education include a B.A. in Criminal Justice, a graduate of the Southern Police Institute and many other certifications, and thousands of hours of law enforcement training.
His experience also includes Personnel Commander, Police Firearms and Academy Instructor, Training Supervisor, Patrol Commander, SWAT Commander, Criminal Investigations Commander, Acting Chief of Police, Acting Deputy Chief of Police, and many other department assignments.

About Dr. Linsey Willis
Dr. Linsey Willis is a nationally recognized expert in police assessment centers and written exams.
She graduated with honors with a Doctorate in Public Administration, and she also holds a Masters in Public Administration as well as an M.A. in Forensic Studies. Dr. Willis specializes in the delivery of People Management Systems including employee training, the design and administration of assessment centers, structured-behavioral interviews, written exams, employee handbooks, performance management systems and job analysis, to name a few. Recent training programs she has taught include Organizational Leadership, Performance Appraisal, Time Management and Managing and Motivating Employees.
The Human Resources Certification Institute of the Society of Human Resource Management also certifies her as a Senior Professional of Human Resources. (SPHR).
Dr. Linsey Willis' 26-year career includes eight years in the Palm Beach County Employee Relations & Personnel Department as Manager of Recruitment & Selection.
She was also instrumental in designing and implementing the Miami-Dade Criminal Justice Assessment Center at the School of Justice and Safety Administration in Miami, Florida.
She is also a member of the Education and Training Committee of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, as well as a member of many other professional organizations.

Dr. Willis is an adjunct faculty member at the College of Business and Management at Florida Atlantic University, where she teaches a variety of graduate and undergraduate Human Resources and Management classes. She has taught worldwide as well as all over the United States.
